Ideally located on South Ocean Blvd just across the street from Atlantic Beach, this property newly renovated guest rooms are within walking distance of the Beach, Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping and Attractions, and within a short drive of the Convention Center-3 miles, Broadway on the Beach-4 miles, Baseball Field-4 miles, and various Shopping Malls-6 mile radius. We feature a Free Super Start Breakfast, Free Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Seasonal Outdoor Pool with Sun deck, Guest Laundry, Rooms with Kitchenettes, and Microwaves, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker and Hair Dryer in all rooms. The cancellation policy from 01/04/2009 to 03/12/2009 and 10/11/2009 to 01/31/2010 is 4 PM the date of arrival. If not cancelled by that point then the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax per room. When a reservation is made from March 13 to October 10, 2009 the guest will be charged first night room rent plus tax per room as soon as reservation is made. If cancelled 10 days prior to arrival of 4:00 PM then there is a 10.00 cancellation fee and if cancelled within 10 days of arrival date then the guest would lose the entire deposit. Guests 25 years of age and under are required to pay a refundable 50.00 deposit. Guest must be of 18 years of age to check-in. Require credit or debit card to confirm your reservations and guarantee your room. All deposits will be charged to card immediately. NOTE ALL 1 Bedrooms are small. The ND1 and D11 room types are very small.
